Behavior Consultation
Behavior Consultation helps identify what may be contributing to the behavior, the skills your child may need, and practical strategies that fit your family.
Support may address meltdowns, aggression, transitions, refusal, communication, routines, flexibility, independence, and other everyday challenges.
Behavior Reset, our focused consultation package, may include assessment, observation, an individualized support plan, parent coaching, and follow-up.
Parent Coaching
Parent Coaching gives you individualized support from a BCBA while you work on the routines and challenges that happen outside of a therapy session.
Together, we'll build your understanding of behavior, develop practical strategies, troubleshoot what's not working, and help you feel more confident supporting your child's communication, independence, flexibility, and behavior.
Available as a standalone service or ongoing support following another Monarch service.
Potty Training
Potty training isn't one-size-fits-all.
We'll look at your child's current skills, communication, routines, previous experiences, and potential barriers to develop a plan that makes sense for your child and is realistic for your family.
Support may include assessment, an individualized toileting plan, caregiver coaching, data tracking, and follow-up adjustments as your child progresses.
Direct BCBA Services
Some children benefit from direct support to build meaningful skills and work through everyday challenges.
Sessions are provided directly by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and may focus on communication, transitions, flexibility, independence, adaptive skills, social participation, challenging behavior, and other individualized goals.
Services may take place in your child's home, school/daycare, or community when appropriate.
School Consultation
Monarch can observe, collaborate, and provide behavioral support within your child's school, preschool, or daycare. Services may include observation, teacher collaboration, individualized recommendations, or direct BCBA support.
School/daycare services require appropriate caregiver authorization and facility approval.
More comprehensive behavioral assessment, including Functional Behavior Assessment and Behavior Support Plan development, may be available based on your child's individual needs.
