Hana Dougherty, owner of Monarch Behavioral Consulting, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s degree in Psychology and Applied Behavior Analysis. She has extensive experience supporting children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills across home and school settings.

Hana’s approach is rooted in play-based, individualized support, helping children build meaningful skills through connection, consistency, and everyday interactions. She focuses on understanding behavior and creating practical, effective ways to support growth that feel natural for each child.

As both a clinician and a mom, Hana understands that real life doesn’t look like a textbook. She works closely with parents as part of the process, helping them feel more confident and supported while navigating daily challenges at home.

Hana created Monarch Behavioral Consulting to provide thoughtful, real-life support that helps children and families experience more calm, connection, and progress in their everyday routines.
